Barbara A. Palmer, 79 went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday December 20, 2022 in Lebanon PA. She was born in West Rockhill Township PA on June 25, 1943 the daughter of the late Linford and Agnes (Nemec) Shive. She was a member and active with Open Door Baptist Church Lebanon. Barbara graduated from St. Luke’s school of nursing and was a registered nurse, working in many nursing capacities through the decades. She enjoyed her grandchildren who affectionately called her ‘Gram’, and liked crafting and gardening. Barbara is survived by her children; David Silcox, Mark Silcox (Janet), Abigail Banks (John), Sarah Martin (Thomas), grandchildren; Ashley, Matt, Adam, Noah, Jonah, Seth, Anna, Tommy, Tadd, Theo, siblings; Donald Shive and Sharon Davidock. Barbara was preceded by husbands; Henry F. Silcox and Joseph F. Palmer. A viewing will be held on Wednesday December 28, 2022 at Open Door Baptist Church 875 Academy Drive Lebanon PA from 12:00pm-1:00pm followed by a service at 1:00pm.
